In the winter of 2005-2006, I documented the Sea Shepherd’s expedition in Antarctica for National Geographic Adventure Magazine. Sea Shepherd was protesting and conducting direct actions against the Japanese whaling fleet. The photographs were also featured in Peter Heller’s book “Whale Warriors.”
